WhatsApp has 500 million active users in India. Your customers are already there — shopping on WhatsApp reduces the friction of sending them somewhere else to buy.
What We Deliver
WhatsApp Commerce Solutions Services
WhatsApp Product Catalogue Setup
Facebook Commerce Manager catalogue synced to your WhatsApp Business API account — products browsable inside WhatsApp with images, descriptions, and pricing.
Checkout & Payment Link Integration
Razorpay payment links generated and sent inside WhatsApp conversations — customer pays without leaving the chat. Order confirmation sent automatically on payment success.
Order Confirmation & Tracking Notifications
Automated order confirmation, shipping update, and delivery confirmation messages sent via approved WhatsApp templates — keeping customers informed without manual follow-up.
Inventory Sync
Real-time catalogue sync from your inventory system or Sanity CMS — products go out of stock automatically on WhatsApp when inventory hits zero, preventing overselling.
Abandoned Cart Recovery
Trigger-based messages sent to customers who added items to cart but did not complete payment — with a payment link and an optional discount code to recover the sale.
Analytics & Reporting
Catalogue view rates, add-to-cart events, payment link click-through, and conversion rates — tracked in a dashboard so you know which products sell on WhatsApp and which do not.

Technologies We Use
FAQ
Common Questions
Is this like having a Shopify store on WhatsApp?
Conceptually similar — customers browse products, add to cart, and pay — but the entire experience happens inside WhatsApp rather than a separate website. The catalogue uses Facebook Commerce Manager, and payment is handled via a Razorpay payment link sent in the chat.
Which payment methods can customers use?
Razorpay supports UPI, net banking, all major credit and debit cards, EMI, and PayLater — all accessible via a payment link sent inside WhatsApp. The customer taps the link, pays on the Razorpay checkout page (optimised for mobile), and returns to the WhatsApp conversation.
Can customers pay directly inside WhatsApp without leaving the chat?
WhatsApp Pay is available in India for peer-to-peer transfers, but the Meta Business API does not currently support native in-chat payments for merchants outside the WhatsApp Pay merchant programme (limited rollout). Payment links via Razorpay are the standard merchant solution — one tap opens the payment page.
How do you handle returns and refunds?
Return requests are managed via a WhatsApp chatbot flow — customer replies with an order number, selects a reason, and receives a return confirmation. Refunds are processed via the Razorpay dashboard or API and a refund confirmation message is sent automatically.
How many products can the catalogue hold?
Facebook Commerce Manager supports up to 100,000 products per catalogue. For most businesses, the practical limit is how fast catalogue images load for customers — we optimise image size as part of the setup.
